Returns policy  in Store

Returns are not allowed, exchange within 14 days or in store credit can be issued.

We won't allowed returns or exchange for products in sale.

Please contact us before returning ! We won´t accept your returns if you don´t contact us before

You can return your order within 10 days of receipt.

We won’t accept returns form discounted products, no exchange, no refund.

We won’t accept returns if the product has been wear, use, dirty, without original box, or without original tags. All products must be in perfect resalable conditions.

We will not refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

 

If your order has been placed, but not dispatched, we are able to change or cancel it and we’ll make the change or cancellation straight away wherever possible. Please contact us as soon as posible.

If you already received your tracking number, we won´t be able to cancel or change your order.

 

If you have already received your order, then you will have return it to us in accordance with the « how to return » part below.

 

We don’t take reservations for product you want to change with

Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging.

The returns costs are in your charge.

 

If you return a faulty item for a refund we will refund both the original shipping costs and the return delivery costs.

 

This is in addition to your statuatory rights as a consumer.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post and ensure that all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

 

Certain products we sell may have a slightly different returns policy but we’ll let you know about this in the product description.

 

If a discount code was applied to your order, we will adjust the refund to reflect this.

 

We aim to process returns within 2 working days of receiving them. You will be notified by email once the return is complete.

If the courier couldn't delivery the package because of a wrong address, the shipping fees to get back the product are in your charge. 

 

 

How To Return

If you've paid by credit or debit card you can always pop down to NOIRFONCE store.

Unfortunately, we can't take orders paid by PayPal back in store. This includes all orders placed on our mobile site.

Then you can send it back to us here, to the following address.

We recommend you to make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post. And that all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

We suggest you make a note of the shipping reference given when you sent the item back. This will allow you to track your parcel at every stage of delivery, including when we receive it.

Refund Process

As soon as we receive your return, we refund you under 24-48 hours.

Please allow a further week for the amount to show on your account. Sorry if this seems a little long but the timeframe is dictated by your bank or card issuer and we have no control over it.

We’ll refund you by the same method as payment (i.e. same card, Paypal)

If you are returning an unsuitable item, we will refund the cost of the item only and not the original delivery cost.
