Originally launched in 1999, the 1000 embodied the bold and futuristic aesthetic of its time, with a design that is both sleek and richly layered. Its upper features standard mesh and synthetic overlays reversed, revealing underlying mesh panels that emerge beneath the more pronounced overlays for a technical and refined look. The segmented sole incorporates ABZORB cushioning in the heel and forefoot, as well as a Stability Web shank in the midfoot.
