Terms of return
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
The item must be in its original condition, unworn and with a clean sole.
The complete packaging of the item must be returned in its original condition (paper, label, box). The shoe box must be protected by a shipping box.
We do not allow exchanges, we invite you to return your initial order and place a new order.
How long will the refund take?
Once your return is received and approved, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your bank / Paypal account.
Refunds are always credited using the same payment method you used to make the purchase.
Shipping costs, as well as return fees, are to be paid by the customer. NoirFonce does not refund shipping and return fees.
The item I received is damaged
If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 5 days after delivery at the following email info@noirfonce.eu.
I received the wrong size or model
If you have received a product that does not correspond to the items listed in your order confirmation email, please contact us by email at info@noirfonce.eu and we will try to resolve it as soon as possible.
