Enter your order number and email address and follow the instructions to select the item(s) you wish to return.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive areturn label and instructions by email.
Return Conditions
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.
Products must be unused, in original condition, and with clean soles.
All original packaging must be included (tissue paper, tags, shoe box).
The shoe box must be placed inside a protective shipping box before returning — do not attach return labels directly to the shoe box.
Please note that exchanges cannot be processed. If you wish to exchange an item, return it for a refund and place a new order for the correct size or product.
Refunds & Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please note that shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 5 days of delivery and send clear photos of the product and packaging. We will guide you through the next steps and resolve the issue.
