O.T. (Organic Traced Leather) leather undergoes a mechanical beating process that makes it thin and supple. Tanned in Brazil, it uses less dyes than our conventional leather. VEJA obtains O.T. leather from the Uruguayan Pampa, a region renowned for the quality of its leather and cattle breeding.
The cattle from which the O.T. leather is obtained do not come from deforested areas and are not exposed to pesticides, GMOs, chemical fertilizers or antibiotics.
