Launched in 1969 as a basketball shoe, the Superstar became one of the most iconic trainers ever thanks to its shell toe, Three Stripes and its embrace by hip-hop. More than fifty years later, Adidas keeps reinventing it.

With the Superstar SQ, short for Square, the famous shell toe takes on a squared shape while keeping its signature ribbing. Inspired by dress shoes, the new toe comes with premium leather that gives the silhouette a more refined look without losing its Originals DNA.
