Unveiled in July 2026, the Adidas Terra Mono Lightstrike is part of a new wave of silhouettes drawn from the brand's running history. Designed by Federico Maccapani of Adidas' Los Angeles design team, it is pitched as a wearable sculpture: a shoe that takes cues from classic runners and reshapes them into a futuristic design object.

It starts with a breathable textile upper covered in moulded overlays that hug the foot and make the Three Stripes look carved from the material itself. In the Supplier Colour/Core Black/Grey Three colourway, dark grey leads the way with black hits sharpening the contours. Underneath, a full-length Lightstrike Pro sole, the cushioning found in Adidas' fastest race shoes, gives a soft yet springy ride.
