New Balance 991v2 Made in UK Insignia Blue: English running heritage in deep navy

The New Balance 991v2 is built on the historic Flimby last, named after the English factory where the brand has produced its Made in UK models since the early 1980s. This Insignia Blue colorway pays tribute to the classic navy tones of British wardrobes, here lifted with grey accents that add contrast and depth to the silhouette.

Comfort on the 991v2 comes from ENCAP, the brand's signature cushioning system that pairs a lightweight EVA foam core with a surrounding polyurethane rim, delivering both flexibility and lateral stability with every step. The upper blends premium suede with technical mesh panelling, assembled using British manufacturing methods known for a level of care and durability well beyond mass-production standards.

Classic five-eyelet lacing and a padded tongue provide a precise, comfortable fit, while the rubber outsole's multidirectional tread pattern delivers reliable grip on city pavement as much as on rougher ground.

A genuine cornerstone of the dad shoe movement, the 991v2 Insignia Blue pairs just as well with relaxed tailoring as with wide-leg denim or technical shorts, proving its range between workwear styling and sharper streetwear looks. Its deep navy tone makes it a stylish alternative to the more predictable neutral colorways.

At noirfonce.eu, the New Balance 991v2 Made in UK Insignia Blue is available in men's sizes, with fast delivery across Europe and secure instalment payment. A Made in UK piece worth adding to the collection without delay.
