NIGO x J-Hope Air Force 1: early '90s Tokyo meets global K-pop

NIGO, the founder of A Bathing Ape and Human Made, has been running the Air Force 1 World Tour with Nike, a collaboration series built on the '01 shape that revives the slimmer 2001 Air Force 1. For this chapter he brought in BTS member J-Hope, with whom he had already created the Human Hope apparel capsule in 2025. The NIGO x J-Hope Air Force 1 '01 Burnt Sunrise launched exclusively via Human Made on 17 October 2026, followed by a global release on 22 October.

The Burnt Sunrise/Metallic Gold-Taupe colourway sits on a glossy patent leather upper with bold, retro colour blocking. Chlorine Blue and Arctic Punch accents add a fresh contrast. The standout detail is the squirrel motif, stitched on the lateral heel and printed on the sockliner as a nod to J-Hope. His branding also appears on the heel and the leather heel tab, while multicolour rope laces complete the look. Nike Air cushioning delivers the comfort the Air Force 1 is known for.

These J-Hope Nike trainers are made to be the centrepiece of a fit.
