The Nike Air Zoom Alphafly Next% 3 is engineered to push marathon performance to the limit. It combines a double Air Zoom unit in the forefoot, a full-length carbon fiber plate, and a continuous ZoomX midsole to deliver an ultra-lightweight, cushioned ride with exceptional energy return.

This third iteration is the lightest Alphafly to date, featuring a slightly widened carbon plate for enhanced stability, smoother transitions thanks to the updated ZoomX foam geometry, and a redesigned Atomknit upper that improves multidirectional support and breathability. Grooved laces and an integrated padded tongue ensure a secure, comfortable fit built for maximum speed.
