New Balance Made in USA 992 "Incense": the centenary flagship in a warm new tone

Launched in 2006 to mark New Balance's 100th anniversary, the 992 was conceived as the brand's flagship, sitting at the top of its American-made range. After a long absence it returned in 2020 and quickly re-established itself as one of the most sought-after silhouettes in the Made in USA collection, bridging running heritage and lifestyle culture.

This Incense/White/Grey version stays true to the original build: a breathable mesh upper with suede and synthetic overlays, a moulded "N" logo on the side panels and 992 branding at the ankle. The padded tongue carries New Balance branding, while the heel features New Balance USA branding and a TPU heel tab. For comfort, ABZORB cushioning at the heel and forefoot teams up with an ENCAP midsole for stable support, finished with flat cotton laces.

The warm, easy-going Incense tone works with light-wash denim and a white tee for a relaxed look, with khaki cargo trousers for a more utilitarian feel, or with a camel coat in winter for a wardrobe built on natural shades. White and grey accents keep the whole thing bright.

Less expected than the original grey 992, these unisex New Balance 992 trainers offer a warmer alternative without losing the model's technical DNA. A versatile pair that feels just as right on weekdays as at the weekend, and a solid reference among Made in USA sneakers.

Order the New Balance Made in USA 992 "Incense" on noirfonce.eu, in sizes EU 36 to 46.5 depending on the available size run. Enjoy fast delivery across Europe, secure checkout with the option to pay in instalments, and a guaranteed authentic pair: NOIRFONCE has been an official New Balance retailer since 2015.
