The Osaka-born Japanese brand first developed the technology for running, before the LS version made its way into lifestyle wardrobes. With the Wave Prophecy LS GTX, Mizuno takes another step by adding a Gore-Tex membrane to what has become a cornerstone of its Sportstyle range.

The Gore-Tex membrane makes the shoe waterproof, windproof and breathable, keeping feet dry when the weather turns. The upper blends micro ripstop mesh with synthetic leather, while multi-layered side panels with metallic materials sharpen its technical look. Underfoot, the Wave Prophecy X sole pairs Wave plates with lightweight U4ic cushioning, and the WGrip rubber outsole is designed for traction on wet surfaces. Retro-reflective details round things off. The Quiet Shade / Silver / Black colourway mixes light grey, silver and black.
